Pricing 

All prices are in Irish Euro (unless otherwise stated)

All prices are valid for 30 days from date on proposal, after which they are subject to change.

 

Payment & Work Schedule

Commitment to Costing Schedule and Timetable Schedule is required. Should you fail to address this commitment and allow over 31 days to pass without payment of any part of the schedule, Essential Marketing has the right to cancel the contract and remove access to the work completed. (See Costing and Timetable sections for full details).

 

Proposal Expiry Date

 
This proposal is valid for up to 30 days after the date on the cover sheet.

 

Responsibility

 
The customer accepts responsibility for all copyright issues regarding website content.

 

Project Involvement

 
The customer commit to involvement in the project. This will have a direct effect on delivery dates. Management’s participation required in consultancy/training sessions will also be required for this project.

 

Project Deadlines and Cost

 
This document is provided as is. It is a reflection of what Essential Marketing believes is necessary for the development & completion of this project. By accepting this document, the customer accept that costs, timescales and scope of this project may change which could have implications on delivery timescale and cost, and agree not to hold Essential Marketing legally bound for this. Every effort has been made to try and give a true reflection of the costs involved. Any development done by Essential Marketing is done in good faith and we accept no responsibility for the success or any failings of the business and any work done in the market place. Every effort has been made to try and give a true reflection of the costs involved.

All activities and hours invested in your project are logged and available for inspection. If without adding additional unquoted features your development takes more than two times the quoted hours – we will charge a reduced hourly rate of € 60 per hour until the project is complete. This may be waived in certain circumstances.

 

Ownership

 
All content on the website including the styling belongs to the customer. All standardized modules such as CMS and Newsletters are the property of Essential Marketing Limited. Bespoke development such as product databases, booking systems, and so forth will pass in ownership to the client when final payment has been received.

 

Search Engine Listings

 
Essential Marketing is not responsible for and cannot directly control the level at which search engines will initially list your site. We will build your site to the highest standard possible and ensure it is search engine friendly. We will also provide a Google sitemap to facilitate quick entry to the Google search engine. You should expect that over time your site will move upwards in ranking; however it is unlikely in the first weeks of a new site launch that you will appear on the first page listings unless you already had a site which had previously achieved this ranking.
